How do memory foam mattresses compare with regular spring type mattresses ?
Are they less apt to cause pressure point aches?

Hi, Memory foam will cause less pressure point aches as that is why it was developed to relieve the pressure points of G -forces for astronauts during lift off. It was also used by hospitals to heal and prevent bedsores in patients before it was released to the general public.
