do you have/had a waterbed? whats your favorite mattress?
i sleep on my side and stretch my arm under my pillow and it usually falls asleep, i toss and turn all nite, i need something soft that does not cause pressure points.
No, I do not have a waterbed. I use a Dux mattress, which is basically a super-dense continuous coil inner spring that behaves a bit like a Tempur-peduc but without the smothering pillow feeling you can sometimes get. They are incredibly comfortable, so comfortable you can sleep on them without a pillow and your head and neck will be comfortable the next morning.
It is not a cheap mattress and you will not find it in a department store, but it’s worth every penny.
