I have flat feet. Has anybody tried Impact Gel insoles?
I have very flat feet and have been running cross country and track since freshman year in high school (I'm a senior now), but since I've grown a lot over the past 3 years the discomfort caused by flat feet has shifted to my lower back. Has anybody tried Impact Gel insoles? I was thinking that I could use them to absorb the shock when my foot hits the ground. I have somewhat of a mental block because I doubt they could dissipate the shock wave that travels up my leg into my lower back. But could they do that? Much appreciated.
