You could try to contact the manufacturer either through their details on the original packaging, or contact them through Argos customer service and buy a new one direct from them. Or failing that, you'll need to buy some new material - here is some on ebay http://search.ebay.co.uk/search/search.dll?from=R40&_trksid=m37&satitle=waterproof+fabric) and use the old cover as a pattern to make a new one.
