Orthopedic Foam
This question is only for those with a memory foam / tempur orthopedic mattresses please!?
I am lookign to buy one of these mattress because I suffer from a lot of back pain after a serious car accident. He wanted to know your opinion, do you recommend, do you feel more relaxed in the morning, you get a good night's sleep? My therapist says that whatever the deficiencies we have in our position (I have a curvature in my lower back), this cushion of support, rather than address (your back should be placed directly, but the mattress encouragemy back to the curve), so I doubt it. Moreover, Does the shape of your body over time (like after 6 months of using the mattress each night), or the mattress always regain its original shape even after having spent so many hours to sleep in it? I imagine the weight of the body to form a fold int he mattress, right? Thank you very much
I was a memory foam mattress and was not happy with it. The casts of the body in it and then you feel like you are putting on a rock. no resilience as a cushion normal. We also get very hot on the mattress. I had a good night and turned the mattress after a few days. Now I use a stand with Sealy mattress egg packing foam and sleep very well. For some people think that memory foam is great. I just gave my opinion of what it's worth.
