Question about Patella Stabilizer Brace ?
I Have Patello Femoral Syndrome (Runner's knee), in both my left and right knee. I was looking at Patella Stabilizer Braces, and was wondering if i needed a brace for each knee? The right knee locks up when its fully bent and sometimes doesnt unlock from 30 secs- 1 hour. The right knee is also the one that slides out of the groove the most.

i did go to the physio therapist for 2-4 times a week for a month and a half. She told me i was done and about a month later it came back
I have this too and what I use is a band that helps and ill post the link below. Also if the pain is treally bad i use cructhes. I have one for both knees.
