Support Brace Splint
ankle support for shin splints?
i'm getting shin splints. i know i have overpronation, but would ankle supports help? i do muay thai so it has to be barefoot, and some ankle braces look too bulky?
Consider a shoe sole/insole with padding and shock resistance. It's the pounding that causes shin splints.
