Will 36" mudders fit on a 99 ram 4x4 ext cab short bed without getting a lift kit?

I've had 33's on it before and there looked like there was enough room to have 36's or bigger. I bought the truck used and I think there might be a lift on it already because it has an after market heavy duty suspension. It looks slightly higher than a friends 98 4x4 but I could be wrong. I just wanted to throw some 36's on it but I don't have money for a lift kit too.

if it looks like a lift kit, it could be the Factory "OFFROAD" package. it came from the factory around 2"s taller then a stock 1500 and with 33" tires.

and no you will not be able to fit them.
on my 99 ram, i have a 3" body lift and a 5" suspension lift to clear 36" TSL radials i had at the time, now i run 37" Goodyear MTRs with some rubbing.

not only does putting on a lift kit to clear the tires, you also have to take into consideration the gearing. tall tires on stock gear ratios is hard on the transmission.
